It is with sadness that we must announce the peaceful passing of Rosarian Marie Komar, May 19th, 2026.  She was a devoted parishioner of Blessed Miriam Teresa, and longtime member of the Rosary Society.   She was a secretary for the City of Bayonne, where she served four mayors, and she was an active citizen who spent countless hours serving the community in various volunteer roles.  Her service was honored by the City of Bayonne when they celebrated “Marie Komar Day.”  Marie's visitation will be at the Bayonne Funeral Home from 5pm-8pm on Thursday, May 21st, and her funeral Mass will be at St. Mary's Church at 10am on Friday the 22nd.  We ask that as many Rosarians as possible be at the church to serve as an honor guard.
